INGREDIENTS / 成分:
Noodles/面饼: Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Salt, Acidity Regulator [Potassium Carbonate E5010), Raising Agent [Sodium Carbonate E500(i)], Emulsifier (Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose E466). 面饼面粉、棕榈油、食用盐、酸度调节剂[碳酸钾E501(001.彭胀剂[碳酸钠E500)]、 乳化剂(羧甲基纤维素钠E466)。
Paste/酱包: Lemongrass, Galangal, Ginger Flower, Chilli, Vietnamese Coriander, Palm Oil, Assam Juice, Salt, Sugar, Citric Acid. 香茅、高良姜、姜花、辣椒、越南香菜、棕榈油、罗晃子、食用盐、白砂糖、柠檬酸。
Cooking Instruction
1. Boil 380ml water then add in noodles and cook for 3 minutes. 加380ml水(约两小碗)煮沸,加入面饼煮大概3分钟。
2. Add in Nyor Nyar Paste and stir to mix. 加入娘惹料理料,稍微搅拌。
3. Delicious meal is ready to serve. 即可食用美味的面。
